We're excited to invite you to register for our comprehensive in-person training sessions designed to enhance your real estate expertise. At EXIT Experts South, we offer both Buyer and Seller Consultation Trainings, each providing incredible value and practical insights to help you succeed in the industry.

Our Buyer Consultation Training series equips you with the skills to attract and guide buyers through every step of the home-buying process, while our Seller Consultation Training focuses on mastering the art of the listing presentation to secure successful sales.

Join us for these enriching sessions and take advantage of the opportunity to learn from Furtesha Woods and our team of experienced professionals. Whether you're a new agent or looking to refine your skills, our trainings are tailored to support your growth and success in real estate.

Buyer Consult Training

Join us for an engaging and informative Buyer Consult Training series, facilitated by Furtesha Woods at the South Office. This series is designed to equip new agents with the essential skills needed to excel in the real estate industry. The training consists of three separate sessions, each focusing on a critical aspect of the buyer consultation process:

Session 1: How to Get the Buyer

Learn effective strategies to attract and secure potential buyers, setting the foundation for successful transactions.

Session 2: Once You Have the Buyer

Discover the key steps and best practices to guide your clients through the buying process, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.

Session 3: What to Do After the Deal Closes

Explore techniques for following up with clients, building lasting relationships, and generating repeat business.

These group training sessions are held once per month on the second Wednesday from 11 AM to 1 PM, and lunch will be provided. All new EXIT Experts South agents must register for at least one date for each session to ensure they gain comprehensive insights and skills.

  • November 13 (Session 2)

  • December 11 (Session 3)

Seller Consult Training

Elevate your real estate skills with our Seller Consultation Training series, led by Furtesha Woods at the South Office. This training is designed to empower new agents with the knowledge and techniques needed to excel in listing presentations and secure successful sales.

Training Focus: The Listing Presentation

Gain insights into crafting compelling listing presentations that resonate with potential sellers. Learn how to effectively communicate your value, showcase properties, and address client needs to win listings and build trust.

These in-person training sessions are conducted one Saturday morning per quarter, providing a focused and interactive learning experience.

Join us from 11 AM to 1 PM, with breakfast served to start your day off right.
